As a Health Care Aide, you will implement care plans, assist with daily activities, and prepare meals, all while maintaining the dignity and comfort of clients.

Your role requires keen observation skills to report on residents' conditions effectively and the ability to advocate for their safety. Fostering a supportive atmosphere both physically and emotionally is key to ensuring a high quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to individualized care plans set by supervisors

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks

• Monitor and report changes in resident health status

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to guidelines

• Ensure the living environment is safe and clean

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Health Care Aide program

• Experience in community health settings preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is a plus

• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check required
