As a Dietitian at the Health Sciences Centre, you will utilize your clinical nutrition experience to provide high-quality care.
Your role will involve building educational initiatives, improving nutrition practices, and engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork. A strong background in medical nutrition therapy and effective communication skills will be key assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nutrition care tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with health professionals for coordinated patient support
• Lead educational initiatives within the Clinical Nutrition department
• Conduct and document nutrition assessments and recommendations
• Participate in quality improvement and best practice activities
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian or equivalent certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited nutrition program
• Clinical experience of at least two years preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills
• Familiarity with documentation systems in nutrition care
