Lead client registration efforts at Boundary Trails Health Centre as a Supervisor for Health Information Services with Southern Health-Santé Sud. This onsite position focuses on enhancing patient experiences through effective service management.

In this temporary role, you'll harness your supervisory and healthcare experience to improve registration processes within a vibrant community setting. Candidates need a blend of two years in a supervisory role and three years of experience in client registration. Familiarity with privacy laws and Microsoft Office is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise client registration operations and team activities

• Facilitate effective staff training and mentorship

• Maintain compliance with privacy and labor regulations

Requirements:

• Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

• Three years of experience in registration services

• Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program

• Health Information Certified Associate is a plus

• Must have a Class 5 driver's license and an insured vehicle
