Join the dedicated team at Southern Health-Santé Sud as a Health Information Registration Clerk located in Winkler at the Boundary Trails Health Centre. This role focuses on patient registration and delivering top-notch customer service to support health care.

As a permanent part-time clerk, you will be responsible for inputting accurate patient data, ensuring seamless communication in reception duties, and maintaining strict confidentiality. This position requires a patient-centered approach and experience in a similar healthcare environment. Strong organization and independent judgment are critical for prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and enter patient registration information accurately

• Deliver excellent service at the front desk

• Communicate effectively with patients and staff

• Uphold confidentiality standards within the service

• Support the Health Information Services in various capacities

Requirements:

• Experience in patient reception is preferred

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent mandatory

• Medical Office Assistant certification is an asset

• Knowledge of health information legislation required

• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
