Make a difference in the lives of others as a part-time Home Care Attendant at The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority in Beausejour. Offer personal support and care that promotes independence and safety in clients’ homes.

In this permanent position, you will work under the direction of the Home Care Resource Coordinator as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team.

Your role involves following care plans, addressing clients' needs, and helping to deliver holistic health care services. The position demands effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care as per individual care plans

• Collaborate with fellow health care team members

• Assist elderly clients in daily living tasks

• Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy

• Ensure safety and comfort of clients during care

Requirements:

• Certificate in Health Care Aide from an accredited institution

• Experience with elderly individuals preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing

• Ability to work various shifts including days and evenings
