Become a vital part of Loblaw Companies as a Staff Pharmacist, contributing to health and wellness across Canadian communities. This role focuses on medication management, patient counseling, and inventory control.
As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll report to the Pharmacy Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. Your expertise will ensure that medications are prepared and dispensed accurately while fostering positive interactions with patients. Being proactive and friendly in your patient engagement will be key as you help educate the community about health awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately to patients
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of medication and supplements
• Counsel patients regarding medications and health
• Promote public health awareness through initiatives
• Resolve patient and Doctor issues promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Class A license
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills
• Proven leadership and performance management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with action plan execution
• Familiarity with Health Watch Pharmacy system is preferred
