Temporary Personal Support Worker Position

Become a crucial part of care as a Personal Support Worker in a temporary role, assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication, and companionship. This position involves 30 to 40 hours of work each week.

This role does not require a degree, but candidates should hold CPR and First Aid certifications. Your responsibilities will include administering personal care and medications, supporting clients with activities like bathing and exercise, and preparing nutritious meals. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer bedside and personal care to clients

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals daily

• Assist clients in bathing and personal hygiene tasks

• Change non-sterile dressings and provide basic first aid

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties

Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid Certificates are required

• Personal Support Worker Certificate preferred

• Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 60 kg)

• Dependable and organized with clients

• Experience with special needs children is an asset
