Applicants over 18 without a healthcare background will complete a tuition-free, 7-day training program at Red River College, which includes virtual learning and in-person skills labs. Successful completion is required before beginning work as a Health Care Aide.

• Assist patients with daily activities and care needs

• Transport patients and equipment as required

Requirements:
