Providing support with challenging complex behaviours requiring consistency in adhering to established protocols and support strategies.
Job Summary:Provide guidance and support to individuals. Contribute input for the development, implementation, and review of support plans. As part of a staff team, share knowledge and information in assisting with problem solving, identifying needs, and promoting a safe and healthy environment for all individuals at the location.
Qualifications:- 1.Completion of a one (1) year post-secondary diploma/degree in a human service field of study and six (6) months experience working with people with an intellectual disability.
- 2.First Aid Certification.
- 3.Valid Driver's License and access to an automobile.
This is an open, part-time permanent position.
A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check, proof of a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance will be required as a condition of employment.

Flexibility to work hours as required for the needs of the people supported. Scheduled Hours for Block#501:
Sunday 5:30pm-9:30pm, Monday 5:30pm-9:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm-9:30pm, and Friday 9:30am-1:30pm (16 Hours per week)
