The position involves supporting elderly and disabled individuals, leveraging your 1-2 years of experience from a healthcare background. • Provide compassionate care to elderly or disabled clients

• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy legislation

• Perform duties in various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Meet physical and mental job demands

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program

• 1-2 years’ healthcare experience preferred

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Knowledge of violence prevention and workplace safety

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for specific areas
