The Shared Health team is seeking a General Duty Laboratory Technologist for its HSC Histology/IHC department. You will ensure effective lab operations through your proficiency in laboratory techniques and adherence to protocols. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential for meeting the varied lab requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate laboratory equipment to perform tests

• Follow detailed protocols for lab procedures

• Communicate lab results effectively to healthcare teams

• Maintain laboratory safety and confidentiality standards

• Participate in standby and callback duties as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program

• Current registration with CMLTM or eligible

• Experience preferred in medical laboratory settings

• Proficiency in both English and French

• Strong analytical and communication skills
