Your Impact- Lead the full cycle recruitment process from kick‑off meeting to candidate acceptance for go‑to‑market roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc).
- Conduct candidate interviews, screening for the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values alignment.
- Maintain high touch with Hiring Managers to keep the interview process moving smoothly.
- Act as the primary contact with candidates, building strong relationships for a strong candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and track candidates, maintaining detailed records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in high‑volume recruitment with a focus on go‑to‑market roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various levels and functions.
- Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) with ability to fully leverage the system.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.
