Shared Health is looking for a Senior HR Consultant dedicated to enhancing Indigenous health practices. With at least five years in HR, you will implement effective recruitment strategies and support employee relations while respecting Indigenous cultures and practices. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a diverse workforce and navigating public health care system intricacies in Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Indigenous recruitment and retention strategies

• Conduct and manage workplace investigations

• Lead cultural safety workshops for staff

• Provide ongoing advice on employee grievances

• Support the reconciliation process within the organization

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years in relevant HR positions

• Knowledge of the Indigenous health landscape

• CPHR certification preferred or on track

• Valid Manitoba Class V Driver’s License

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
