The Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery and continuous improvement of RRC Polytech's compensation and benefits programs. Reporting to the Manager, Total Compensation, this position is responsible for contributing to compensation and benefits administration through job evaluation, data analysis, auditing, process development, research, and employee support. The role works closely with leaders, employees, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are administered effectively, consistently, and in compliance with applicable policies, collective agreements, and legislation.

Through the development of resources, identification of trends and opportunities, and implementation of process improvements, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst helps strengthen the College's compensation and benefits programs while supporting a positive employee experience.
