In this permanent position, you’ll oversee the operational aspects of payroll and benefits. Leading the initiative to standardize HR processes, you will ensure that both administrative tasks and compliance with policies are handled effectively. You will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and supporting departmental HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the establishment of the Pay & Benefits Program

• Ensure timely payroll and benefit administration

• Lead continuous improvement in reporting and analytics

• Develop and coach pay and benefits staff for efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent

• 5 years’ experience in payroll and benefits

• Certification as Payroll Compliance Professional is an asset

• Expertise in HRIS systems, particularly People Soft

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
