Position: Versaterm Senior Payroll Manager
Versaterm seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations across North America. This hands-on leadership role combines supervision with payroll execution in a dynamic SaaS environment.

In the Senior Manager, Payroll and People Operations, you will be responsible for day-to-day payroll processes while managing the benefits program and HR compliance. Your expertise will ensure adherence to federal and provincial regulations while using AI tools to enhance payroll efficiency. You will also develop and mentor a skilled team, collaborating closely with other departments to support corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

• Design and implement benefits and leave management processes

• Maintain compliance with payroll-related regulations

• Manage HRIS and maintain user-friendly workflows

• Lead team development and performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant fields

• 10+ years of payroll, benefits, and HR operations experience

• Strong people management skills

• Knowledge of payroll laws in Canada and U.S.

• Proficient in AI tools for HR analysis
