As an HR Consultant, you will report to the Head of HR, Canada, serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders. Your experience will be critical in addressing challenges through custom people strategies and coaching. By reviewing data and trends, you will help improve employee engagement and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with leadership on strategic objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required;
Business Administration a plus
• Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience
• CHRP certification is a plus
