This full-time, in-person role is responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll for diverse employee groups. You will manage essential benefits programs and retirement plans while contributing to payroll infrastructure enhancements. Your leadership will foster organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and process payroll records across provinces
• Administer group benefits and retirement savings programs
• Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations
• Support payroll system implementations and upgrades
• Serve as liaison for benefits providers
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of payroll experience, including multi-provincial
• Experience in unionized payroll environments
• Certification as Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) is a plus
• Proficient in payroll and HRIS systems
• Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential data
