Located at 865 Main Street, the HR Coordinator will report to the HR Director and support a range of HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will involve executing innovative recruitment strategies and leading onboarding initiatives. You will also participate in travel to Southeast communities for recruitment efforts, ensuring a culturally inclusive approach in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and processes

• Attend career fairs and coordinate recruitment events

• Facilitate onboarding and lead orientation programs

• Maintain recruitment records and manage applicant communications

• Support employee relations and compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree focused on Human Resource Management

• Two years of relevant HR and recruitment experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Must carry out necessary background checks for compliance
