Position: Regional Human Capital Coordinator at MNP
Shape human capital strategies with MNP as a Regional Human Capital Coordinator. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to enhance workforce engagement.

In this role, you will be central to administering human capital activities r responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and total rewards. With 1-2 years of HR experience preferred, you will contribute to a welcoming environment while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate total rewards, learning, and recruitment activities

• Manage onboarding logistics and deliver orientation sessions

• Conduct exit interviews and manage terminations

• Oversee human resource data records and payroll updates

• Compile statistical reports on HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with HR specialization

• 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred

• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems

• Strong communication skills for employee relations

• Flexibility to travel as needed
