Position: Recruitment Specialist at The North West Company
Elevate talent acquisition as a Recruitment Specialist at The North West Company (NWC). Focus on sourcing and onboarding high-performing candidates for our Northern/North Mart stores in Canada.

In this dynamic role, you will implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across our stores. With a strong emphasis on diversity and candidate experience, you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Your expertise will help build a robust talent pipeline and strengthen our presence in the markets we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for Northern/North Mart stores

• Source, screen, and interview candidates efficiently

• Coordinate hiring processes and conduct assessments

• Foster relationships with colleges and professional organizations

• Promote diversity and inclusiveness in candidate selection

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in staff recruiting

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

• Excellent communication abilities
