Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior, Reliability cleared Agile/Scrum Master to lead enterprise Agile delivery initiatives while driving governance-aligned reporting and analytics through Azure Dev Ops and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, etc.) across Scrum/Kanban teamsSupport and guide teams within a SAFe framework, including management of Epics, Features, and Program IncrementsPartner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with delivery objectivesEnsure adherence to organizational governance structures and compliance requirementsConfigure and optimize Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, and DashboardsDevelop and manage ADO Analytics views, OData queries, and Analytics widgets to support reporting needsDesign and build Power BI dashboards by connecting to ADO via OData feeds or direct connectorsSupport full SDLC processes from requirements through deployment and operationsProvide visibility into team performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery healthCollaborate with technical teams within the Azure ecosystem to ensure tool alignment and integrationMust Haves
10+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile Lead with strong SAFe experienceHands-on Azure Dev Ops expertise, including Analytics and ODataAdvanced Power BI reporting experienceExperience in governance-heavy/public sector environmentsStrong stakeholder management and SDLC knowledgeReliability clearance
