  • Support enterprise initiatives such as device migrations, UEM transformation programmes, acquisition integrations, and deployment of new end‑user technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with technology partners and vendors, ensuring effective contract management, product lifecycle alignment, and value realisation.
  • Champion the end‑user experience, ensuring technology is intuitive, reliable, and meets the productivity needs of employees.
  • Develop and manage budgets and prepare forecasts, and variance reporting, monthly.
  • Develop and implement operational governance systems which ensure compliance to legal, regulatory and policy requirements.
Qualifications and Competencies
  • A university degree in technology, engineering, computer science or related discipline, or comparable experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in endpoint management, modern device management, infrastructure operations, or related domains.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Intune, MECM, JAMF, configuration baselines, compliance, patch management, software packaging, device telemetry, and automation.
  • Practical experience leading UEM modernisation initiatives, ideally including Windows Autopilot, Zero Touch provisioning, and cross‑platform device management.
  • Strong people leadership capabilities with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
