We are seeking an experienced Oracle Performance Management (Oracle PM) Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Performance Management solutions. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in Oracle Performance Management implementations
, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand performance management goals and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Performance Management modules such as Goal Management, Performance Reviews, and Talent Management
. - Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Performance Management functionalities and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and documentation for end-users and system administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Performance Management processes and system integrations
. - Support change management initiatives and drive user adoption.
- Stay current with Oracle product updates, new features, and industry trends
