Oracle Perfomance Management

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Performance Management (Oracle PM) Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Performance Management solutions. The role involves working closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy performance management systems aligned with organizational objectives.

• Lead and participate in Oracle Performance Management implementations
  , including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand performance management goals and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Performance Management modules such as Goal Management, Performance Reviews, and Talent Management
  .
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Performance Management functionalities and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, user training sessions, and documentation for end-users and system administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Performance Management processes and system integrations
  .
• Support change management initiatives and drive user adoption.
• Stay current with Oracle product updates, new features, and industry trends
