Advance your expertise with CAA Club Group as a Systems Analyst, focusing on Roadside and Travel applications. Drive system performance and provide vital support in a purpose-driven environment.
Your role will encompass providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for critical member services and internal applications. Engage in incident troubleshooting, application enhancements, and documentation updates as part of an efficient Application Support Team. Collaboration with various teams and adherence to service level agreements are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 2 and 3 application and systems support
• Oversee incident resolution via ticketing systems
• Test and deploy application enhancements accurately
• Update and maintain application documentation
• Participate in on-call support rotations
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in application support or related fields
• Familiarity with Travel and CRM systems is advantageous
• Experience in Java applications and SQL platforms
• Knowledge of Windows Server and associated technologies
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
