Position: Infrastructure Support Specialist Role

Reporting directly to the Director, this role involves building and maintaining PCs, servers, and network infrastructure, alongside providing training and support. With at least three years of relevant IT experience, you'll ensure smooth operations for staff while communicating effectively about IT solutions. Your analytical and interpersonal skills will play a key role in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain personal computing and cloud solutions

• Troubleshoot server and network issues efficiently

• Respond to service requests promptly and courteously

• Provide user training and support for IT solutions

• Work with partners to resolve complex IT challenges

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in IT support roles

• College diploma or degree in computer science

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and certifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to prioritize under pressure
