As a key member of our team, you'll support the operational and maintenance needs of the CP140 Procedures Crew Trainer and related systems. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring these devices are serviceable and reliable. You will perform both hardware and software maintenance, assist with complex troubleshooting, and work alongside customers for training device modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support CP140 procedures training devices
• Conduct hardware and software preventive maintenance
• Monitor training devices for availability and readiness
• Diagnose and resolve software-related challenges
• Collaborate on system modifications and updates
Requirements:
• Two-year technical diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years experience in computer systems support
• Skilled in troubleshooting issues at subsystem levels
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to qualify for Government of Canada security clearance
Utilize your technical background to enhance training effectiveness with CAE.
