Become a vital part of WBM's team as a Desktop Engineer, focusing on endpoint health management and innovative client solutions. This role blends technical expertise with proactive support for enterprise clients.
WBM is looking for a dedicated Desktop Engineer to work with endpoint device management tools such as MECM and Intune. You will proactively monitor device compliance while resolving complex support requests.
Your role will include significant collaboration on infrastructure projects, ensuring optimal device performance for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tier 3 support requests and incidents across fleet devices
• Develop and package custom applications and updates
• Create and maintain Group Policy Objects effectively
• Deploy and test Intune Compliance policies
• Support large infrastructure upgrades collaboratively
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of MECM/Intune experience
• Solid background in application packaging
• Familiarity with OS builds and compliance management
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Dependability and punctuality in project execution
