• Develop data pipelines for centralized data management
• Manage a canonical employee record for accuracy
• Ensure metrics alignment for HR and executive teams
• Build data models that answer strategic questions
• Create governance practices for analytics integrity

• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience with dimensional modelling and data warehousing
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Snowflake or Redshift
• Proficiency in dbt or similar framework
• Familiarity with HR data concepts and practices
