As a Technology Consultant with TELUS, you will take charge of planning and executing the technology roadmap, addressing client challenges through agile solutions. Your contributions will center on wireless software loading, network performance, and system monitoring. Collaborating with the leadership team, you'll enhance governance and empower regional service models while ensuring that integrated solutions meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT leadership and support to clients
• Manage wireless software loading and AP support
• Monitor system performance and network integrity
• Analyze and program technology solutions as necessary
• Review networking strategies and optimize resource usage
Requirements:
• Expertise in Cisco Catalyst 9800 series
• Experience with Cisco IOS XE software
• Knowledge of wireless best practices
• Proficiency in upgrading legacy WLCs to 9800 series
• Strong troubleshooting skills in wireless infrastructure
