Payworks Security Operations Manager

As the Security Operations Manager for Payworks, you are responsible for leading the Security Operations Center, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and response to cybersecurity threats.

Your role includes overseeing the performance of SOC analysts, managing reporting on security incidents, and continually improving operational practices in alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise SOC operations and incident management

• Develop and maintain incident response protocols

• Engage in proactive threat hunting and incident analysis

• Report on SOC performance trends and key indicators

• Work with IT and stakeholders to strengthen security posture
Requirements:

• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations specifically in SOC

• 3+ years leading security teams

• Hands-on expertise with threat detection technologies

• Degree in IT Security or a related area

• Acquired certifications in security (CISSP, GCIH, etc.)
Lead Payworks' efforts in safeguarding information assets and mentoring emerging security talents within the SOC.
