In this key role, you will spearhead the Employee Training product pillar. Your main objective is to embed structured training within the app used by restaurant teams. By emphasizing AI capabilities, you’ll improve user engagement and ensure successful adoption after launch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set vision and roadmap for the Employee Training product
• Integrate AI for intelligent course creation and personalized insights
• Create AI-led workflows that accelerate discovery and delivery
• Define success metrics and track outcomes post-launch
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Design, and Marketing
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B SaaS product management
• Proven ability to drive a product from inception to adoption
• Strong skills in setting metrics and validating hypotheses
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for product development
• Background in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
