Accelerate the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs as a Technology Business Advisor s hybrid role focuses on digital transformation projects, including ERP and CRM system implementation.
At BDC, you will leverage your 10 years of experience to support small and medium-sized businesses through high-quality digital technology advisory services. You will deliver both standard and custom consulting projects, ensuring that the needs of entrepreneurs are met while collaborating closely with Client Partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver digital strategy and advisory engagements for SMEs
• Manage scope, budget, and resources across multiple projects
• Provide oversight to ensure quality standards are met
• Act as a subject matter expert in ERP and CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years in management consulting
• At least 6 years with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong client service orientation
• Excellent communication skills
