As a hands-on Support Technician with Price Industries, you will engage with user communities while addressing a variety of technical issues. With over 5 years of desktop support experience, you will act as a key resource in maintaining Microsoft Windows environments and specialized applications. Your clear communication skills and ability to manage user expectations will enhance overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first and secondary technical support for hardware and software
• Setup and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices
• Deliver dedicated on-site support and troubleshoot issues
• Support the Microsoft Office suite and specialized applications
• Use a ticketing system to log support requests
Requirements:
• 5+ years of desktop support experience
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Citrix, iOS, and Android systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
