We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with deep experience in technology sales, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who has worked at other service integrators for over five years and excels in engaging with C-suite stakeholders to drive strategic digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by selling Microsoft-based services and solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies that align with client goals and Microsoft’s evolving solution landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field teams, client executives, and internal delivery teams.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across M365, BPM, and Microsoft’s AI business solutions.
- Lead client engagements from initial discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Communicate effectively with C-level executives to understand business challenges and position relevant Microsoft solutions.
- Stay informed on Microsoft’s latest innovations, including Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to shape tailored proposals and solution roadmaps.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- 7+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working at Microsoft service integrators, specifically selling solutions focused on M365, Teams and SharePoint.
- Deep functional understanding of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Security & Compliance).
- Proven success selling BPM solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Nintex, K2, or similar).
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s AI offerings including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and Power Platform AI capabilities.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-suite decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
