Elevate user experiences as an IT Support Technician with Price Industries in Winnipeg. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support in a dynamic environment.
In this position, you will report to the Supervisor of IT Client Experience, providing dedicated first and secondary-level support. You are expected to maintain hardware and software setups, manage user requests, and assist with complex technology issues. Your passion for solving problems and commitment to service will allow you to thrive in this collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Setup and maintain computers, laptops, and devices
• Support users with Microsoft Office and specialized applications
• Document all activities and manage ticketing system usage
• Travel to various locations as required
Requirements:
• 5+ years in desktop support in large environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
• Experience with Citrix and mobile device support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
