Enhance your technical skills with an opportunity as an Automated Systems Technician. Deliver on-site installations and repairs while providing technical support to clients.
This role reports to the Vice President of Operations and involves responding to service calls, performing equipment repairs, and offering technical assistance via phone or email. You will engage with customers to resolve hardware issues and diagnose technical problems as they arise, ensuring equipment functions optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service calls during scheduled hours
• Perform repairs both on-site and in the shop
• Diagnose technical problems efficiently
• Replace defective parts and return for repair
• Maintain and calibrate electronic and mechanical systems
Requirements:
• Diploma in electronics or electrical engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in TCP/IP configurations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
