This IT Services position within Tesla’s IT Operations team emphasizes strong communication and technical proficiency. You will support a range of endpoint issues, manage ticket resolutions, and assist with IT projects.
Your role will be critical in ensuring exceptional customer service and improving operational processes all while working with advanced tools like SCCM and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote support for computers and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS
• Manage technical support for Autodesk, Adobe Suite, O365, and more
• Collaborate with various IT departments to resolve enterprise-level issues
• Oversee ticket resolutions within SLAs as per IT Operations policy
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of desktop support experience
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and some Linux
• Strong troubleshooting skills in engineering applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility in schedule and travel commitments
