At Synechron, we are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Tester to ensure exceptional testing processes within our Capital Markets domain. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams, execute regression tests, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and provide defect reports.

Your role is integral to enhancing our creative digital solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and more.

Key Responsibilities   Collaborate with development and QA teams for testing requirements
Execute regression test suites and analyze results
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Understand business needs within Capital Markets
Report and track defects with detailed documentation
Requirements   Proven experience in Regression Testing in financial domains
Expertise in Selenium and Playwright for automation
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git Lab CI
Knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading Platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
