- Own end-to-end experience strategy across workflows
- Lead design from discovery to implementation with high standards
- Identify workflow gaps and systemic user challenges
- Create compelling design artifacts to enhance clarity and alignment
- 8+ years of UX or product design experience
- Solid portfolio of mobile and web products
- Proven skills in defining experience strategies
- Proficiency in contemporary design tools
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities
