We're seeking a QA Automation Lead with over 8 years of experience in testing and scripting.
Your role focuses on leading a team of engineers while actively participating in test design and execution. You’ll collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define strategies, ensuring high test coverage and effective problem-solving throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks
• Review deliverables including test cases and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Troubleshoot automation issues and enhance QA processes
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of hands-on testing experience
• In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in Selenium and API testing tools
• Experience with JIRA and Agile project management
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
