Drive excellence in trading technology support as a Trade Support Analyst. Bring your strong technical background and financial market expertise to facilitate seamless trading operations.
In this role, you will actively participate in resolving trading-related issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will engage with traders and infrastructure stakeholders, oversee software deployments, and implement process efficiencies. Your knowledge of the trade lifecycle, strong communication skills, and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining high standards of support across diverse trading environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical trading issues swiftly and effectively
• Liaise with US and UK trading groups
• Communicate trading infrastructure updates to stakeholders
• Assist in automating trade support processes
• Manage deployment and monitoring of trading systems
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in application support
• Solid understanding of equities and financial processes
• Proficient in SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux environments
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
