As the Manager of Technical Services, you will hold a pivotal role in crafting and executing the strategic direction for the IT department. Your leadership will encompass team development, project oversight, and prioritization across technical services. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will align IT architecture choices and enterprise goals with ongoing projects and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Technical Services team through coaching
• Oversee Technical Services project delivery and governance
• Approve portfolio priorities aligning with enterprise goals
• Set direction for IT architecture and networking improvements
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions for procurement
Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management or related field
• 5+ years leading IT technical services teams
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts
• Understanding of group insurance industry is a plus
