Become a key part of our client's IT team as a full-time Service Desk Analyst. Provide first-line support and technical troubleshooting both on-site and remotely in a dynamic work environment.
This position is located at 150 Commerce Drive with a 12-month contract and high extension potential. Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience in a service desk or technical support role. You will manage Microsoft environments including Office 365 and Azure while assisting users with various IT issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support and incident resolution
• Troubleshoot networks, Active Directory, and DNS issues
• Support Office 365, Azure, and Intune administration
• Configure hardware and software for new users
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base articles
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology
• Minimum of 1 year technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license for client site travel
