Hybrid Systems Analyst

Join WCB as a Systems Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with hybrid work options available. This full-time role involves system requirements elicitation and quality assurance to ensure optimal solutions.

In this permanent position, the Systems Analyst will analyze and document customer needs while creating prototypes and evaluation methods. The role requires five years of experience in software analysis and quality assurance, focusing on developing functional requirements and performing rigorous testing. You will work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines while also contributing to quality assurance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional system requirements

• Create analysis documents according to departmental standards

• Participate in quality assurance activities and reviews

• Plan and conduct various testing phases, including user acceptance

• Maintain test documentation following established guidelines

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in Computer Science or related field

• Five years of software analysis and quality assurance experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience with WCB claims processing is a plus
