Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Support Executive focused on Oracle Retail RMS (Retek). Engage in incident management and system optimization within a diverse working environment.
Your key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support, performing root cause analysis, and monitoring daily operational workflows for Oracle Retail applications. You will also develop Pro
* C programs and maintain critical documentation to enhance performance in retail processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L2/L3 support for Oracle Retail applications
• Troubleshoot incidents and implement long-term fixes
• Monitor job scheduling and batch processing tasks
• Develop PL/SQL procedures and Pro
* C programs
• Collaborate with teams for system improvements
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Oracle Retail RMS/Retek systems
• Strong foundation in production support and retail systems
• Experience in managing high-volume batch processing
• Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization
• Familiarity with IBM Tivoli monitoring tools
