Wellington-Altus is seeking an IT Technical Specialist in Winnipeg. Assist with comprehensive IT support, focusing on both hardware and software systems to meet organizational needs.
This position plays a crucial role in providing support across different platforms while working closely with various IT teams. Ideal candidates are technical problem solvers with significant experience in service desk roles. Collaboration and process improvement will be key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve IT issues across multiple support channels
• Collaborate with IT teams for solution delivery
• Install hardware and software for onboarding
• Operate and maintain various information systems
• Create and maintain knowledge documents
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years in IT support or service desk
• Expertise in Microsoft and cloud environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ITIL frameworks is advantageous
