Wellington-Altus Financial Inc. is seeking a skilled System Administrator for its Winnipeg or Toronto office. This pivotal role demands strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail to support cloud platforms, manage user processes, and enhance infrastructure operations. You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams

• Support Azure cloud infrastructure with VMs and networking components

• Manage user lifecycle processes and access reviews

• Maintain endpoint management solutions and compliance policies

• Develop automation scripts using Power Shell and Microsoft Graph
Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in System Administration or Infrastructure Support

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

• Proficiency in networking fundamentals like DNS and VPNs

• AWS experience and relevant certifications are assets
