Utilizing tools like Intune and MECM, you will resolve tier 3 support incidents and oversee the health of enterprise device fleets. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tier 3 support incidents for endpoint devices

• Package applications and deliver timely updates

• Test and manage Intune and Group Policy Objects

• Ensure compliance through proactive monitoring

• Collaborate on major infrastructure upgrade projects
Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in MECM/Intune administration

• Experience in application packaging methodologies

• Knowledge of creating OSD and APD builds

• Strong analytical skills and problem resolution

• Excellent time and organizational management skills
