In this managerial role, you will develop and guide the Technical Services team, ensuring operational success and effective communication across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership will focus on project delivery, risk management, and IT infrastructure, supported by profound knowledge in IT services. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Technical Services within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Technical Services team through coaching and performance management
• Oversee project delivery, approving priorities and governance
• Manage portfolio prioritization and align projects with enterprise objectives
• Direct continuous improvement of IT architecture and networking
• Evaluate and oversee hardware and infrastructure solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years leading IT technical teams
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven budget and vendor contract management
• Experience in group insurance industry is a plus
